About this project

At Aromas do Sul, we dive into the rich winemaking tradition of Alentejo to create wines that capture the true essence of our region.

We are a family business dedicated to the production and distribution of 100% Alentejo wines. We produce wine from grapes from Herdade do Perdiganito, Herdade do Bussalfão, Herdade da Moita and other vineyards, which although they are not our property, we provide technical support for.

We associate our wines with Alentejo, with typical wines, with an artisanal process, macerations and vinification according to the profile we want to achieve, with the least possible human intervention, safeguarding the essence and nature of our nectars. Quality, dedication and distinction are essential points for the unique flavor that our Alentejo provides us.
